I offer life coaching and business consulting services.
LIfe coaching can be described as the assistance in different areas in a person's life such as overcoming obstacles in life or work, family or business. Helping someone identify strengthens and weaknesses in order to excel in life.
A life coach is someone who is trained or certified in the areas of health and wellness (mental or physical background) , that counsels someone through personal or business challenges. A therapist is a licensed professional who help people connect more with their emotions and how they affect life's thoughts, choices and actions.
Consulting involves giving expert advice to other professionals in life, business or brand matters. Coaching involves offering different methods that focuses on an individuals specific needs and the offering of feedback to enhance their lives or business.
LIfe coaching is an aide to assist you in different areas of your life. It's not meant to solve all of your problems like a "magic pill", but it can help you make better overall life or business decisions.
I offer 1:1 coaching, on a per hour basis. I will also have group coaching available.

I offer assistance with startup ideas, business plans, business establishment, and business website setup.
Currently, I accept, debit, credit or FSA (flexible spending account) cards as forms of payment via online payment processors. (Visa/Mastercard)
Due to the nature of these services, there are no refunds. there are opportunities for rescheduling services at a later date, determined by the availability of the consultant.
